Watch Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard And Other Federal Reps File New Marijuana Bill

On Tuesday morning, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and a bipartisan group of other lawmakers are introducing a new bill to systematically track the impact of state marijuana legalization policies.

If enacted, the legislation would direct the Department of Health and Human Services to partner with other federal and state government agencies to study “the effects of State legalized marijuana programs on the economy, public health, criminal justice and employment.”
