Mexican lawmakers are circulating a revised draft of a marijuana legalization bill that the Senate majority leader wants to pass by December 15.

Sens. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and Michael Bennet (D-CO) sent a letter urging passage of marijuana banking legislation through the National Defense Authorization Act.
