President Joe Biden acknowledged that marijuana rescheduling is not yet a done deal, saying that his administration has “started the process of reclassifying” cannabis in a speech at a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation event.
A newly updated report from the U.S. Census Bureau shows that states have generated at least $8.7 billion in marijuana tax revenue since the federal government started tracking cannabis data in mid-2021.
Rep.
